  • Prosecco (60ml)
  • Limoncello (50ml)
  • Soda water (30ml)
  • Fresh thyme sprig


  • Fill a wine glass with ice
  • Pour Limoncello into the glass
  • Top up with prosecco and soda
  • Stir the mixture
  • Garnish with a thyme sprig
  • For enhanced flavour, infuse Limoncello with fresh thyme prior
  • Add mint and lemon as additional garnish
  • Top tip: store Limoncello in the freezer for a more refreshing experience
