During a brief period of closed doors, Seaham Hall has invested in a spa update to allow for more space and seclusion for guests, focusing on resetting the mind and body – and, of course, ensuring a COVID-safe spa day.
Standing proud at the end of the subterranean tunnel that leads guests into the spa, Elephant Shanti represents loyalty, wisdom, sensitivity, and great care for all who arrive. This new leisure space offers lavishly long beds, guaranteeing rest and relaxation under the watchful eye of Shanti.
A soothing space to enable power napping and deep relaxation in a warm and nurturing environment. The benefits of waterbeds include improved blood circulation, relaxed muscles, loss of tension, relief from stress and anxiety, and greatly improved posture. They are also beneficial for muscular-skeleto conditions, and support the overall immune system and wellbeing.
Zen Lounge Cosy Corner
Floating through to the Zen Lounge, this is where the new Cosy Corner can be found. Individually styled and spaced, this is a wonderful environment in which to simply switch off, zone out and enjoy some much-needed ‘me’ time – the perfect space to pick up the pages of your reading rituals or simply to drift away into dreamy darkness.
