I GET UP ON A MORNING FOR…
I’ve been trying to stick to a routine, so get up at 6am every day and go for an early run three mornings a week (all of my usual excuses for not going have disappeared during lockdown). I’m then ready to start work for 8am.
BREAKFAST IS…
I love a fruit smoothie made of frozen fruit, skimmed milk, porridge oats and yoghurt – with a strong black coffee as it is quick, easy and satisfying.

LUNCHTIME BRINGS…
I love a walk with my toddler son to get some fresh air, although we’re not getting as far now as he wants to walk himself, so we have to stop to look at different leaves and see if the neighbour’s dog is about. This also gives my amazing husband a break from the childcare so he can do his exercise, too.
TO BREAK AWAY FROM MY HOME OFFICE…
As the weather has been so nice recently, I have been going outside and taking the time to appreciate having a garden in this difficult period.
WHEN 5 O’CLOCK HITS…
It becomes family time, playing with the Mega Bloks or watching Postman Pat Special Delivery Service (Pat would have to be the worst delivery man ever, there is not a single parcel he has delivered that he hasn’t used or damaged!) Then homemade tea, which, I must say, are getting more and more adventurous for weeknights as we are both home and it’s the highlight of our day.
I’M WATCHING…
Killing Eve and just finished The Nest.

2. Plan what you need to do each day and stick to it.
3. Take this opportunity to spend some quality family time and make some memories with those that matter most to us in the world.
QUOTE OF THE DAY…
