COCKTAIL MAKING WITH OLD CURIOSITY GIN

THE BEES KNEES >>

A smooth and aromatic cocktail designed to please all the senses. Honey and lavender have been used together as a herbal remedy for decades but now infuse the two to create a cocktail so enticing that you cannot resist, but then again why would you?

INGREDIENTS: 
50ml Lavender & Echinacea Gin
Spoonful of honey
12.5ml fresh lemon juice

METHOD:
Add all ingredients with ice into a shaker and shake for around 30 seconds. Double strain in to a small, chilled coupe glass and then to top it off, garnish with lavender.

A classic gin and tonic with a touch of curiosity, the calming aspects of our chamomile and cornflower gin will leave you in a complete state of relaxation and tranquility.

CURIOUS COCKTAILS WITH OLD CURIOSITY GIN

INGREDIENTS:
50ml Chamomile and Cornflower Gin
4 x fresh mint (preferably peppermint)
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Tonic water

METHOD:
Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake for 30 seconds, then fill a tall collins glass with ice, pour in the drink and then top up with tonic water.

A pretty-as-a-picture concoction, great to sipping away in an enchanting garden in the summer months. The Pink Clover is the perfect tipple for a girly gathering in the sun.

INGREDIENTS:
50ml Apothecary Rose Gin
25ml pomegranate syrup
12.5ml fresh lemon juice
1 x egg white

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and then dry shake. Add some ice to the shaker and shake to chill. Double strain in to a martini glass. Add some rose petals as your garnish.

 

CHINA ROSE >>

This martini-style, rose-infused creation packs in a lovely dose of lychee syrup and satisfies the sweet tooth. Serve chilled and say cheers to spring!

25ml lychee syrup
20ml vermouth

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and then dry shake. Add some ice to the shaker and shake to chill. Strain in to a martini glass. Add some rose petals as your garnish.
