Alan Bennett’s sharp and witty new play filmed live at London’s Bridge Theatre, tells the tale of a cradle-to-grave hospital threatened with closure. A documentary crew follows the daily struggle to find beds on the Dusty Springfield Geriatric Ward, and the triumphs of the old people’s choir. One for the whole family!
