As we head into September, the children are back to school and the family routine resumes. My thoughts turn to the season ahead, inspired by autumnal vibes, I’m always on the lookout for new recipes, fashion and lifestyle inspiration. I do love the summer months, however the comfort and cosy feeling autumn brings is inspirational…

Inspired by our coastal surroundings, the newest Tutti lifestyle collection brings inspiration from the North East coastline. Shades of blue mixed with neutral tones, make the perfect combination for any home. Simply add a new vase, wall art or a pair of stylish jars to any interior for elegant living. We have added a selection of wrapping paper, because the outside is just as important, as what’s on the inside.

Wearing >>

As the seasons change I love a bit of retail therapy to update my wardrobe. My top pick for the autumn season is the snakeskin wrap dress from Zara. The perfect style for every occasion. Team with sneakers for a casual but stylish day time look, or add heels and a nude clutch for a dinner date. Versatile, stylish and bang on trend, a must for the season ahead.

New hangout >>

I love discovering a new hangout, and was delighted to see the newest addition to the up-and-coming fish quay in North Shields. Dodgins Yard, which is only a few minutes’ walk from Tutti HQ, is the perfect spot for a late brunch, a business lunch or a relaxed dinner date. Small but, perfectly formed, Dodgins Yard oozes style and atmosphere, bringing influences from the quay and surrounding areas. My favourite bite is the grilled halloumi flatbread with harissa and honey dressing – delicious.

As breakfast is the most important meal to set you up for a busy day ahead it is important to fuel your body with the right mix of ingredients. I’m always seeking out new recipes, and was lucky enough to receive a tasty breakfast in the office one morning from Emma our studio and design manager (actually Emma’s dad!). The perfect mix of super foods, healthy ingredients, autumnal flavours – and it was truly delicious. No better way to start the day..

Three heaped teaspoons of organic muesli
One tablespoon of dried raisins / sultanas
One tablespoon of cashew / pistachios

Can’t live without >>

I was recommended magnesium supplements by a friend, and have been taking these for a few months now, I just can’t believe the noticeable difference to my wellbeing, and only wish I had known about these sooner.

They come with a long list of health benefits such as collagen renewal, a healthy heart, essential for healthy mood, bones and teeth. Supporting energy and the nervous system for the daytime, and as a soothing and calming mineral in the evening, promoting natural sleep. A must for busy people, providing support during challenging times.
