My Partner Savitri and boys Isaac and Noah who are all amazing and put up with me not being around much at the moment!

Luxe places >>

For a weekend > A lovely place I found to stay on Lindisfarne, is amazing when the tide is in and you can walk right round the island and experience the amazing beaches

A long holiday > Last year me and the family explored Greece we went to Athens and then got the ferry to Crete and travelled round the island. I loved the opportunity to have lots of different experiences in one go; beaches/culture/city/exploring – it was brilliant.

A treat > A luxury break in the Lakes or if I really wanted to push the boat out a weekend in NYC possibly after Great Exhibition of the North!

Luxe relax >>

Best food > A homemade south Indian curry made from scratch by my own fair hands.

Best wine > I love wine (especially red) but I am no expert,  have just joined a wine club called Naked Wines – everything they have sent so far has been great, in particular their South African Pinotage, that’s my favourite at the moment.

Favourite restaurant > At the moment the Broad Chare. The boys like going somewhere for a good burger so Dat Bar is always fun.

Perfect weekend > At home,  nice weather, dog walking, family film and my allotment.

Downtime means > Spending time at my allotment.

Best telly > The Handmaids Tale

Best book > Any by Margaret Atwood.

Best sounds > Pink Martini, Bowie, Queen.

Luxe shop >>

Best shopping city > Newcastle, of course.

Favourite shop > Probably between John Lewis and Fenwick.

Luxe retail treat > Going into MMM on Grainger Street and buying lots of nice local food.

Best buy > Our VW camper van, Patsy – the only form of transport I sold for more than I paid for her!

Luxe party >>

A memorable night out > Seeing great music or theatre.

Perfect party > Good food, wine and company.

Best dress > I don’t do dresses

Dinner date > My other half, of course.
