Actress, Hayley Tamaddon, is set to play the title role of Millie Dilmount in this marvellous musical at the Sunderland Empire from 10 – 14 April. Thoroughly Modern Millie tells the tale of a Kansas girl determined to make it big in New York City. Get ready to share a move-your-feet, musical moment as you’re whisked back to the Jazz Age in 1920s New York, when flappers like Millie were bobbing their hair, raising their hemlines and entering the workforce.
