LUXE PEOPLE >>

Family and friends are an obvious choice – my parents are inspiring – my dad is a GP and definitely into ageing well!

LUXE PLACES >>

For a weekend > Something active. I love the Lake District, especially Ambleside. I’d go walking and running.

A long holiday > A cycling tour. I am currently organising one in the Pyrenees.

A treat > A weekend in London, seeing friends, taking in a show.

LUXE RELAX >>

Best food > Persian food – I love Taste of Persia. I also love Thai food. I was in Sydney for a while and we lived near great Thai restaurants.

Best wine > I don’t drink wine but I like a glass of port at Christmas or a Baileys.

Favourite restaurant > I love Harissa in Sandyford – great flatbreads. And Café 21, you can’t beat it.

Perfect weekend > Hiring a cottage somewhere remote with friends. Go on a massive hike with a wild swim then get back to a delicious meal and light a fire outside. Dancing and games would also be part of it. If I had to stay local, then brunch and a hockey match with the girls from JPC hockey club is always a treat.

DOWNTIME MEANS >>

Coffee, fresh air, and a book.

Best telly > Match of the Day, especially with a NUFC win.

Best book > The Bible is my book. And any of CS Lewis’ works.

Best sounds > Currently enjoying the Imagine Dragons album, Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran. I love dancing to funk and soul.

LUXE SHOP >>

Best shopping city > Edinburgh.

Favourite shop > Zara or Mango.

Best buy > My down feather jacket from Montane. Great quality and so warm.

LUXE PARTY >>

A memorable night out > One with a live band, loads of classics and lots of dancing.

Perfect party > As above. With lots of friends and even some games.

Best dress > A fitted blue velvet dress that I feel lovely in – and have now worn for too many weddings.

Dinner date > My boyfriend – he is in Australia so a surprise dinner at Sydney Opera bar would work nicely!

YOUR LUXE THINGS IN LIFE >>

The privilege of being able to work with people; seeing their potential and helping them to get to that place.
