LUXE PEOPLE >>
My Granpop, Sir Bobby Robson and Gazza were my childhood heroes. I also loved Helena Christensen, so you know, just the usual mix of people!
My favourite people are my mum, my man and my best friends.
LUXE PLACES >>
For a weekend > Anywhere in Italy, Key West (and the Keys in general) in Florida nurtures my soul, but then so too does Ibiza – having said that Ibiza is not so kind to my bank account!
A long holiday > The South of France. I visited Monaco and the surrounding region a few years back and was blown away by how beautiful it is. Now I totally get the hype.
A treat > Las Vegas – anything goes!
LUXE RELAX >>
Best food > Italian, Indian, Japanese – and anything that comes with mashed potato and gravy.
Best wine > Pinot noir (or any of the bubbly kind!)
Favourite restaurant > Hakkasan.
Perfect weekend > A trip back to Middlesbrough to see a victorious game, my family and all of my oldest friends.
DOWNTIME MEANS >>
Yoga, beach walks or snuggling up on the sofa binge-watching a new series. Running also clears my mind.
Best telly > GOT, The Office (UK or US), Mad Men and US show The Bachelor/Bachelorette, which is a guilty pleasure of mine.
Best book > Captain Corelli’s Mandolin by Louis De Bernieres.
Best sounds > There are so many but I’m partial to a bit of disco, old-school R&B and chill out.
LUXE SHOP >>
Best shopping city > Milan, it’s not Italy’s prettiest city but it’s definitely the coolest for the fashion, the nightlife and the culinary scene.
Favourite shop > Saks Fifth Avenue – lots of pretty things all under one roof.
Luxe retail treat > I felt like Carrie Bradshaw when I purchased my Jimmy Choo heels.
Best buy > My trusty LV Neverfull – which I can easily fill by the way!
LUXE PARTY >>
Perfect party > I think that wedding parties are always the best fun. It’s one of the only times when different generations all come together and everyone is happy.
A memorable night out > Milan’s Brera District with the girls.
Best dress > The Juanjo Oliva haute couture dress I had made for me to host the 2011 Ballon d’Or.
Dinner date > Catching up with my mum over a parmo and a bottle of wine at Central Park, Middlesbrough.
YOUR LUXE THINGS IN LIFE >>
My bed, my health, my job, MFC and any kind of bright workout leggings!
