Check in for a Seasonal Bread Making Workshop at Middleton Lodge Estate. Using traditional methods and local produce, you’ll learn to make four delicious breads with a festive touch. The Main House head chef, David Martin, will cover texture, kneading, proving and baking – giving you the confidence to recreate the loaves at home, just in time for Christmas.
