Singer, songwriter and actress are but a few of her talents but for now she is All About The Music’ with a tour jam-packed with all her best hits, new songs and songs that have guided her through her incredible career. There’s plenty to ‘jump up and shout’ about as she graces the Sage stage this Wednesday.

BONFIRE NIGHT

Wrap up warm, round up the family and celebrate Bonfire Night on The Estate at Middleton Lodge this Sunday evening. Tuck into some delicious Bonfire Night food as the bonfire roars and spectate as the dazzling firework display lights up the night sky. The bonfire will be lit at 6pm with the display kicking off at 7.30pm. Tickets are £3pp for people arriving by foot or £20 per car.

Soak up the seasonal Sunday vibe before you shoot off to a fabulous firework display at Middlesbrough’s The Curing House. Expect autumn-inspired starters, wholesome Sunday roasts including roast sirloin, smoked belly bacon, herb brined roast chicken breast, North Sea bream and porcini mushrooms for veggies. Top it all off with delicious desserts including chocolate brownie, apple crumble, cheeseboards and more. Yum!

WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK

Northern Ballet are bringing their stunning new performance of The Little Mermaid to the Theatre Royal this week. David Nixon will retell the classic Hans Christian Anderson fairytale, which will take audiences on an enchanting journey to a wonderful world under the sea. It will be performed to an original score played live by Northern Ballet Sinfonia.
