AIKATERINI GEGISIAN - CASTLEGATE ART

The new installation, Turn Back Tide, is built on Tees Valley inspiration and has been commissioned by Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art. The piece is inspired by the evolution of Stockton’s industrial heritage and brings together reproductions of industrial products, interiors of shopping centres, decorative objects and views of ancient temples. So take some time out mid-shopping trip to take in a bit of culture and learn about the town’s industrial heritage. The installation is a bi-annual commission and is now available to view on the side of the Castlegate Shopping Centre.
