Aerial Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga for Men at My Body Studios
Aerial Yoga: This class is performed hanging from a hammock, so it’s a little unique and requires a lot of core strength. It’s a reverse gravity concept and is really good for back issues as it decompresses the spine. It’s great for improving posture and core balance. This is a very popular class, with many clients travelling from all over the region to get involved.
Kundalini Yoga: This is another way of practicing yoga – stripping things back to basics with mindfulness techniques. It’s a spiritual class where meditating and chanting will help to soothe the mind and take clients from the busyness of everyday life to a relaxed state of mind. Rachel is an incredibly experienced teacher, picking up first-hand training in India. This is a feel-good class that will not only make the body feel great, but it will relax the mind – the perfect retreat from day-to-day life.
Yoga for Men: A male only class, focusing on the core and the flow of yoga. Some feel a yoga studio is a women’s environment, so hosting male only classes have proven extremely popular. Yoga is a great way to tone and strengthen the body.
