Style inspiration and tips from fashion blogger Varsha Sehgal

As the summer sales draw to a close, SS2016 is soon to become a distant memory – AW2016 ranges are gingerly making an appearance everywhere just to drive that very idea home! However, the respectable double digits that all temperature gauges hit in the UK this week, made us all hopeful that there might just be some more sunshine in store for us ahead!

Having exhausted the best out of the Spring Summer and Resort Collections, I was delighted to spot the cute Victoria By Victoria Beckham number. It inspired me to hang onto that summer feeling for just that little bit longer.

Happy Weekend!

Edit 1

This dress by Victoria Beckham is super cute and has all the potential of being a summer day or night dress. I preferred to play it really cool and have given it an urban spin by pairing it with the satin embellished flat sandals and cat eye sunglasses but it would work just as well with heels and a clutch.

Edit 2

I cannot get enough of the culotte trend. It hit the light of day in SS2015 and fortunately will carry through all AW2016 too. The Dolce & Gabbana blouse I have teamed up with the wide leg culottes makes this look dressy and whimsical. All the pieces in this edit will carry through to winter too because of the rich berry colours making it a very versatile look.
