Friday night gladrags or a night on the sofa?
Definitely a night in with a curry in front of the telly with the family.

A super Saturday?
The weekend is for family time. I love to take my twin girls, aged five, out to the beach or the park, with lunch at a fish shop (our favourite is Downey’s in Seaham) and an afternoon of shopping.

We can whisk you away for two dream days. Where would you go?
I’m not sure two days would be enough, but I’d love to go to the USA. I’d probably go for New York.

Memorable mini-break?
Definitely Barcelona. I went with my fiancée and going around the food market was just unreal. With fresh produce and tapas restaurants everywhere, it was paradise for me!

Sunday best?
When all our family meets at my sister-in-law’s house in Yarm for a massive BBQ. Everyone gets stuck in with the cooking and preparations of salads, snacks, condiments and desserts and we spend the whole day eating, drinking and having a good time!
